🚿Bathroom Installation
This comprehensive course teaches learners how to plan, install, and finish complete bathrooms to professional standards — excluding wall and floor tiling, which is delivered as a separate specialist course.
It covers the full installation process from rip-out and preparation to plumbing, waterproofing, sealing, and final handover.
Training includes:
- Interpreting plans, specifications, and plumbing layouts
- First-fix and second-fix plumbing for baths, showers, basins, and WCs
- Installation of modern fixtures, concealed cisterns, and wall-hung furniture
- Waterproofing and moisture control systems (tank membranes, trays, and sealing)
- Correct use of sealants and jointing for long-term performance
- Understanding ventilation, extraction, and lighting requirements
- Coordination with tilers, electricians, and other trades
- Health & safety, manual handling, and safe tool use
- Incorporating water-saving products and sustainable installation methods
Learners will gain the skills to deliver full bathroom refurbishments safely and efficiently, aligned with current Building Regulations and WRAS guidance.

Kitchen Installation
This course provides hands-on training in safe, accurate kitchen fitting — covering the installation of cabinetry, worktops, sinks, taps, and integrated appliances.
It does not include wall or floor tiling, which is covered in a separate dedicated course.
Training includes:
- Reading and interpreting kitchen plans and layouts
- Measuring, marking out, and setting cabinetry
- Levelling, securing, and aligning units for professional finish
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting worktops, panels, plinths, and trims
- Installing sinks, taps, and connecting plumbing
- Fitting appliances safely in coordination with qualified electricians
- Fine adjustments, finishing, and professional snagging
- Responsible waste handling and minimising offcuts
- Sustainable practices such as efficient materials use and packaging recycling
Learners will develop the knowledge and practical confidence to complete kitchen installations to high industry standards while maintaining sustainability and safety best practice.

Wall & Floor Tiling
A specialist, standalone course designed to teach professional wall and floor tiling from the ground up.
Learners will gain in-depth practical experience with modern materials and techniques, preparing them for both domestic and commercial tiling projects.
Training includes:
- Surface assessment, levelling, and preparation for tiling
- Use of primers, backer boards, and levelling compounds
- Measuring, setting out, and cutting tiles accurately
- Applying adhesives and grouts suitable for porcelain, ceramic, and natural stone
- Installing large-format, mosaic, and feature tiles
- Tiling over different substrates — including existing tiles where appropriate
- Understanding expansion joints, waterproofing, and finishing details
- Selecting low-VOC products and minimising waste for sustainability
- Complying with BS EN 5385 and industry installation standards
Learners will leave with the technical competence and confidence to deliver precise, durable tiling work across a variety of environments.

QETTLE Boiling Water Tap Installer Course
Specialist installer training delivered exclusively using QETTLE boiling-water tap systems — the British-designed, energy-efficient solution for modern kitchens.
This hands-on course covers safe installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, following QETTLE’s approved methods and environmental best practices.
Learners will gain practical skills, product knowledge, and the opportunity to be considered for inclusion in the official QETTLE Installer Network, connecting qualified professionals with customers across the UK.

Accessible Bathroom & Adaptations
This specialist course focuses on designing and installing bathrooms that are safe, comfortable, and inclusive for all users.
Learners will gain the practical skills and design awareness needed to adapt domestic spaces for accessibility, mobility support, and independent living — while maintaining style and quality.
Training covers:
- Planning and layout for accessibility, including door widths, turning circles, and safe transfer zones
- Correct installation of grab rails, comfort-height WCs, and walk-in or level-access showers
- Understanding DFG (Disabled Facilities Grant) specifications and relevant Building Regulations
- Selecting slip-resistant flooring, thermostatic controls, and low-maintenance finishes
- Coordinating with occupational therapists, local authorities, and specialist suppliers
